I visited three times this December, 2024, and was pleased each time with the quality of the food and specialty drinks. The menu options are plentiful and varied. The Kingkiller, Xena salad, Beastmaster, and Reginald wrap are delicious, and my husband said the cinnamon toast chai latte is the only chai latte he's had in a restaurant that's worth drinking. The place was packed at lunchtime two of the three times I went. Unfortunately, on one of these lunch visits, I waited 15-20 minutes for my latte, and it caused me to return late to a workshop I was attending nearby. There wasn't a line when I ordered, and no indication was given that there would be a longer wait or I would not have placed the order. It's also strange that the business website invites you to join their loyalty program, which we did, but on the second and third visit no one had any idea what loyalty program we were talking about even though on the third visit I showed the employee on my phone that we had joined.
While I can't speak directly about the food (cuz I didn't eat), what I saw looked appetizing. My family and I met some friends here so that the kids could have a cool environment as well. The Cherry Vanilla Chai I had was outstanding! Being my first time here, it was pretty cool and a relaxed environment for the kids. Definitely recommended!
I saw the post about the espresso machine being down right before the weekend, ugh!!! They are of course super slowed down because of that, but despite that challenge they were all doing so well!!! Everyone was super level headed, handling the lunch rush like champs and then my coffee and food was perfect!!! Absolutely worth the wait! Hope they are able to keep that spirit up through the weekend! 🤍
This place is really cute I love the kids menu and the kids corner it's very thoughtful for the families that still want to go out. The butterbeer iced latte was a dream and the creme brulee donut was amazing! There's comfy chairs to sit on as well as tables and they have a breakfast and lunch menu of assorted things as well. Highly recommend if you haven't stopped in
Very nice cafe with a great menu and great food. Service was only a 4star because of my own personal dislike of cafeteria style ordering.
Nothing like your usual coffee shop. Unique. Friendly. Large. Nice lighting. Two large rooms, even! Nice big windows on the east facing entrance side. Two male and or female restrooms, and one labeled as family with a special seat for children.

I’m a mom of twins - they just turned 3 a couple months ago. I wish I knew about this place a year ago and maybe I wouldn’t have gone so long without meeting a friend out for coffee. The play area kept them busy for the entire hour and 10 minutes that we were there. They let us stay right up until close. The coffee was good - I got one of their special flights. “Feeling Frosty” was the most delicious, dessert-like coffees I’ve ever tasted. The girls behind the counter were very sweet and quick to welcome us.
Loved the drinks: they had cool spring options like carrot cake latte and carrot cake scones made with sourdough! VERY delicious!! Made my 5 yr old daughter chocolate milk (not out of a bottle) very nice treat! Very kid friendly, play area, a dragon mural, comfy couches, plenty of tables and chairs and even a corner booth. Also changing tables in both the family bathrooms! THANK YOU! Pure Imagination is real competition to places like Leaf & Bean who still do not have changing tables in their bathrooms.
